HES has produced a wide variety of machines to collate, pack, wrap and bag.  These can be as completely bespoke machines or we can provide automated loading of existing machines such as baggers.

Carton Erector, Collator and Loading Machine  This machine carries out two principle operations: assembly of a carton and loading of the product into the carton.  The cartons are stacked flat packed and are taken individually past glue nozzles to a female die.  A male tool presses and forms the carton which after 3 seconds can be removed and loaded onto a conveyor.  While the carton is being assembled the product is collated in lines of five and pick and placed into the carton.  The filled carton then exits via a conveyor.  The machine accepts product at a rate of 45 per minute.
